Good weather always provide you with excellent photos. Strong sun effects give you a sun star effect, you have to have a good lens to provide you with flare and ghost control. ND filter help, Nikon Crystal Nano coating give you a better control over the flare and ghosting.
ISO-1000
Shutter speed- 1/16 @ F/16
35mm Focal Length- 42mm
Camera- D7000
Lens- Tamron SP 28mm~75mm F/2.8 AFS
It kind of weird to use 28mm~75mm to shoot landscape specially using DX format camera. This shot provide a good SunStar effect on the image. The image show a good temperature and tint. I use a high ISO to take this image hand held.
ISO-1600
Shutter speed- 1/25 @ F/11
35mm Focal Length- 112mm
Camera- D7000
Lens- Tamron SP 28mm~75mm F/2.8 AFS
This image also use hand held, using ND filter to soften the flare from the sun to create a egg yolk sun. The image became illuminated image cause by the ND filter and the direct sun light entering the lens.
ISO- 800
Shutter speed- 30sec @ F/16

Blue hour effect from the sunset, this image add on with the light effect from the building. ND12 used to create softer lighting from the building and sunlight.

I not really a good landscape photographer. Usually, prefer to use Tokina 11mm~16mm F/2.8 for landscape. DX format sensor is much smaller even though 28mm is some how wide enough for wide angle shot. If possible I would like to try out a FX format wide angle shot.
